-Beautiful property with well-maintained common areas and relaxing spots.
-Excellent breakfast with good variety and quality.
-Cafe and overall food experience was genuinely enjoyable.
-Several staff members were polite, helpful, and supportive.
-Calm ambience, which is especially important when travelling for medical reasons
-Late-night check-in room had a non-functional AC duct and was a corner room
-Had to change rooms, yet the temperature issue continued due to unsealed windows
-Room temperature never stabilized; heater had to be arranged as a workaround
-Power outage for nearly an hour on one night, right after my surgery
-Had to personally assist electricians in debugging the power issue
-Checkout experience was uncomfortable; staff insisted on checking out one hour early citing Booking.com policy
-Lack of empathy and sensitivity despite explaining the medical situation
-Communication and coordination gaps among staff
