After check-in we were given room which was reeking of seepage, dirty and without all the light functional. After complain they changed the room which was better. They charged for room service along with GST on and above food prices and they don’t have any explanation for that. Any one visiting there should keep this in their mind if doing in room dinning. Roof top Pool was full of pigeons in the morning. I will not prefer swimming there. After my experience I will not recommend anyone to go radisson blue Jaipur.

The first shock came at the first moment only that they dnt have proper parking as they park in a open ground which is not in campus. Rest i forced them i ll park myself then there was a basement where a new driver wont be able to drive as it was so narrow. Second agoda gave us the option to choose smoking or non smoking room. but hotel staff said the entire property is non smoking . we ordered biryani and soup in our room and it tasted pathetic even a rood side biryani wala will give you much good biryani. and they didn’t even took the dish in night it was there for whole night. Second day we went to their COLORBAR on rooftop and i ordered whisky sour pasta n all whisky sour was bad pasta came after one hour. First n last visit in radisson jaipur

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The condition of the room was far below what I expected. The curtains were torn and poorly maintained, there were visible cracks in the walls, and the bathroom was also not properly maintained or cleaned. Overall, the room gave the impression of being neglected and poorly maintained. I have photos and videos as evidence of these issues. I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and room condition, especially for a family stay. I would strongly recommend that the hotel management pay immediate attention to basic maintenance, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the rooms and bathrooms. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable family stay.
