Easy to get to from central city
The very tired the bathrooms are very tired. Need updating.

Only the restaurant “market place”
After a big disappointment from a different hotel in Jaipur, I chose to come to Radisson Blu which is a very famous name and a 5 stars hotel.
All the staff were very helpful, friendly and giving a good service.
Thanks to the drivers, door man, receptionist, waiters, waitresses, the chef, the cleaners and everyone else except the owner.
The room had a bad strong smells of mould.
It feels humid and there was water leakage that goes under the laminated wood in the room.
Extraction system in the shower does not work which makes it worse.
Curtains ripped.
Old TV. Cannot use YouTube.
The rubber bath matt was mouldy.
The whole place needs a good renovation.
I talk to them about the smells and they changed my room from 5th floor to 7th floor but it’s still the same problem.
Next day me and my wife felt ill. Throat irritated, runny nose…
Talk to them again and someone took us on 6th floor to check different rooms but same problem everywhere. Then took us to 5th floor again to a different room. Same problem but it was very little less.
Had enough of moving so we kept the room.
Worse hotel I have ever been.
This is a disgrace to the staffs.
Everyone is giving a good service.
The restaurant “market place” is the best. The food was very good.
A big thanks to the waitress Miss Lovepreet Kaur with her lovely smile and Miss Sumandeep kaur, Miss Sonia, Mr Paras, Miss Rejina and those whom I didn’t catch their name. Thanks to the chefs also who made good food and very tasty desserts.
In general good staffs in a ruined building and they are doing their best to make it work.
I was told that the invoice will be sent via WhatsApp number I gave. He sent me a “Hi” on WhatsApp to make sure he got the right number but now 15 days still waiting for the invoice.
Maybe I have been overcharged, this is why I am still waiting.
I feel sorry for the staff.
Will never go there again.

Rooms and ambience was good.
Car parking space was outside the hotel in open land. Some of the Staff members were very uncooperative.
Check in time is 3 pm. It is too late by any standard.
Online booking was done through booking.com, certain things which were part of booking and paid for - like extra bed were denied initially by hotel even though it was paid (not sure it was hotel issue or online platform issue) but the sufferer is Customer and this derails the entire stay experience.
Food charges are too high, and property first collects money for food and do not allow bill to room, which shows that they do not trust the guests. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone in future......

Property was ok but the rooms bath fittings have been faulty water spread from the bathroom into the room in the early morning when we woke up despite no taps were on, the reception managers were rude even saw senior manager was insulting and misbehaving with the junior staffs there is some issues between the managers and staffs which need to be addressed by management

Extremely Poor services, Bathroom were blocked, shower is leaking, poor quality of food served, no hand towels, I have stayed many of Radisson Blu hotels in India and abroad. This hotel was never life it's reputation.

Location was good, near to airport, however surrounding was not looking very safe, security check was weak, restaurant was super bad
only one restaurant was open for dinner and lunch which was super slow and i saw guests were super unhappy and the staff was not very welcoming, they even did not had a coffee takeaway cup

Hygiene was very poor... Cockroaches on the dining area were buffet was being served 😨😡room ac was also not upto the mark the thermostat was refusing to work and we were frozen inside blankets also. Staff also was not bothered and did not cater to such uncompromising situations. So came back with a bad experience. Let's see what happens with this feedback... What actions are taken

Too old, rooms fittings were very old, staff were not really great/ lack of staff in restaurant, there were no iron in the room and we had to ask for it.

Housekeeping was not up to the mark, things were not cleaned properly. Shower taps were not smooth to operate. Switch boards were broken and not working. There were pigeons in the swimming pool, which is not hygienic.
