Too much cost but no basic facilities. Slow service and electricity current in bathroom.

I have booked this property from booking.com. I have checked for one or two people it was showing same price. But due to hurry I forgot to put 2 adult I just put 1 adult. When we reached to hotel staff said you only booked for one people so you have to pay your wife’s extra charge 1,500/- I told her that price money was same for one or two people and we don’t want extra mattress then also she charged me extra money for my wife’s stay of two days. After going inside room electricity went after 10-15 min. We call to room service but they took too much time for coming. So service was late. In the morning my daughter who is 4 year old got electric shock in the bathroom. So I and my wife checked. Really there was electric shock in the bathroom near commode and spray area. We called staff and after he checked there was really electric current which was very much dangerous for kids. He fixed it after some time. That’s why my stay at this place was very bad.

Didn't have a stay. Fern canceled our reservation without communication with me about it.

The Fern did not accommodate us AT ALL. On the day of the reservation, I called to confirm and they said that we could not have our EIGHT ROOMS that we required. They actually told us we needed to stay at the Royal Orchid hotel just down the street! There was not much explanation to me as to why they did that.

Our long-reserved reservation was not honored.

Excellent stay with nicely maintained facility

Breakfast was excellent and at the level of 5 Star Hotels. The best part is we got Tea not like 5 star (English Tea with a Deep tea bag) but the Indian Masala CHAI! Location is superb and very near to Airport.

Things were okay however, floor was not cleaned. It seems like it has not been cleaned since ages.

That hotel was nice. Especially, when you go up towards the room. There is a sitting area which looks really nice when you see it from above.

The floor was not cleaned. One could move shoes and could see the dirt on the floor. Both marble and wooden floor were dirty. Also, they did not put the milk along with other food items. It was on request. Though they did bring the milk when requested but was a tedious task especially when you needed in a small amount. Also, you like milk a particular temperature and need to mix sometimes cold and hot one. Hence, it was quite a difficult task.

Booked a suite and that was occupied when i tried to get in and hotel people gave me choice to settle for a club room that was horrible and that also because their hotel website was not working properl although i had booked from booking.com for suite Room was horrible, shower was not working, AC was set to single temperature, exhaust not working, n9 ameneties provided i had to ask for some. I will never book fern in future and will recommend other not to book it also
