    It was my birthday and they fidnot even give me a n upgraded room even when I was staying with them since last four days , they did nothing to make me feel regarded and when I asked them to upgrade as it was already written in my agoda app that upgrade will happen they made me cry for it on my birthday I will never recommend this place that have heartless staff and not at all good sevice and food is pathetic! The drinks are too costly and the staff is just so rude. I hate this place !!!!!

    Many problems Lack of hand wash soap Lack of pen and paper in the empty pad Fewer soft drinks (even though multiple varieties are mentioned in the in-room bar menu) Broken room slippers. Informed reception; any action? none. Would visit again? Never. Thank You
