Cleanliness is good, though there were minor that could be improved. We went to this hotel to celebrate Holi, but our experience was very disappointing. The behavior of the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. Especially one staff member named Raju behaved very badly with us and kept restricting us for everything.
We came to celebrate Holi, but no music was provided to us and we were not allowed to properly enjoy the party. We were also not allowed to go into the pool, even though we only wanted to enjoy our time there. For every small thing, we were being restricted again and again.
We did not expect this kind of behavior. When guests come to celebrate a festival, the hotel should at least make sure they have a good experience. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior here was very disappointing.

Not a five star property, though it’s written in their profile.cleanliness and hygiene not maintained.pool was ill maintained.spa is not working since covid.food was good.on the name of extra bedding for your kid, they will give hard mattress on floor, which even these days even 3-4 stars don’t do.
