It is close to the airport and far from the city. Good food & ambience. The AC in the room seemed to be fixed at a certain temperature, I did not have time to get it resolved from the staff. I had to manage with the warm temperature in the room throughout my stay.

I am frequent to Jaipur as my son studies there. This is our third stay here. very connected to airport & major places of Jaipur. Modern architecture, very clean with all modern amenities & above all courteous staff. Their breakfast spread is wide and there is lot to choose from.

Though our problems were well taken care off and hotel staff did work hard to make our stay pleasurable . Maintenance in hotel is a big time problem .

Stayed here for one night as a stopover while driving back home from Udaipur. We had just completed a 2 night stay at Udaipur Marriott, which is also owned by the Dangayach Group, so expectations were aligned. Unfortunately, the Jaipur Marriott fell well short. Room & Front Office Experience: The room felt outdated and worn with ageing furniture, tired furnishings and a leaky toilet seat, which is unacceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel. The most frustrating issue was the faulty room key. After check-in, we were locked out of our room for nearly 10 minutes, standing in the corridor with luggage. Despite repeated attempts, no one from the front office came to assist. Even the trainee concierge tried reaching someone, but nothing happened. Eventually, we were issued a new key. After this hassle, we proactively spoke with the reception to confirm the new key would work. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again the next morning when we returned after breakfast. We called the reception from the phone near the lift, yet no assistance came from the front office. A housekeeping staff member eventually helped us, only after we requested assistance directly. This reflected poor responsiveness, lack of ownership, and a very sloppy front office operation, especially considering we were exhausted after a 7-hour drive. Breakfast Experience Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic, not due to crowding but due to poor planning and placement. Several items including juices, cheese, and dhokla, salads were positioned in a way that made them uncomfortably difficult to reach even for adults, let alone children or elderly guests. Additionally, the breakfast service itself was disappointing. The staff appeared sloppy and disengaged, and the person manning the dosa counter was particularly passive and arrogant, showing little interest in guests or service. This was quite jarring for a hotel of this category. The F&B manager needs to seriously rethink both buffet ergonomics and service attitude. Overall Given the Marriott name and our recent experience at Udaipur Marriott, this stay was surprisingly underwhelming. The hotel clearly needs urgent refurbishment, and the front office and F&B teams require better training, supervision, and accountability. At present, this property does not reflect Marriott standards.
