Medium. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone as the room was depressing and dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The selection of food was good. Although good coffee was not provided.

It needs a complete renovation. The rooms need to be painted and updated. I was staying with my son for 5 nights in Feb. We were both disappointed that the pool was not like the photo on Bookng.com. It looked more private and surrounded by greenery on Booking.com. As it was, the pool wasn't even working until our final day, as it was being renovated. I didn;t want to swim in it then, as there were lots of men around who could see and it wasn't private enough. Our room was also were a bit faded and looked drab. I asked for one with a good view as we had come from Australia and we were given one with the view of what looked like dirty ruins of some high rise buildings. I asked to be swapped and it didn;t happen. The room was horrible, faded and fairly dirty. Paint chips off woodworks, a shower which was not easy to use. It kept changing to the 'hand held' shower without me requesting it. This made water spurt out. The staff and the food were good. The Hotel seemed a bit faded and not as it appeared in the Internet. I don't think it was worth the money. The room service food we ordered a few times was horrible. Cold and tasteless.

The bathroom sunk tap burst open, spilling water on us. We had a flight to catch. When I went for a shower, the handle came in my hand. Why would a property charging high rates, not have a maintained washroom??

Smooth and effortless life in jaipur thanks to my Marriott crew

I like the staff and go there only for their services . They are helping me with cars , getting me to airports remind me to check out Keeping my bags and bringing them wherever it is needed. Arranging for my favorite room to be available etc. The list is long . I can’t function in my work without the Marriott Jaipur staff. Excellent managers , concierges and Security team oriented towards problem Solving I love them !

One of the rooms took a very long time before it was ready to be given to us. When we finally did have access the bedsheets were dirty. I don't think they were changed.

The breakfast spread was decadent and the behaviour of other guests at breakfast. Also it was too crowded and we were shepherded to the basement as overflow which was very uncomfortable

Wonderful ,well run 5-star hotel 10 minutes from airport-but very far from historic sights.

Sophisticated,luxurious modern hotel. Excellent buffets(Indian and Western food) offered thrice daily and a la carte menus available all day. Large room.Though my room faced a busy street it was whisper quiet inside.Luxurious beds,linens,towels.Speedy elevators.Gracious and helpful staff. Hotel lobby seemed filled with people most of the time.Conventions?Tour groups? (Not sure). The hotel ,though modern,still felt Indian,which I appreciated. Hotel lobby had live Indian acoustic music most evenings.Even the restaurants had low volume,live (western)music several days.

Location. 5 of my 7 mornings at the Marriott I travelled to one or the other of the 2 major destinations most travelers want to explore:The Old City or Amber Fort . It took well over an hour to reach the "Pink City" aka The Old City,sometimes 90 -minutes-one way. Amber Fort was about 90 -minutes away each of the 2 days I visited it.The reason:traffic congestion between 8 and noon,when I would travel. The other luxury hotels all seem,likewise, to be quite a distance from the Old Town. On the other hand,it was nice to get to the airport in about 10 minutes.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD

I reached Hotel at around 8pm after a long drive from Lucknow to Jaipur. My booking was supposed to start at 2pm but at 8pm in night we were told by your staff at reception MUSKAAN that they do not have vacant room and told to wait for some time. this was her statement again at 8.15 and 8.30 pm, 8.40pm and 9 pm now I was frustated and asked her to call manager. After i asked her to call manager, she provide me room immediately. How this room comes now ? when my booking was from 2PM why it was not raedy for us. We paid very heavy price due to the long weekends but was very disappointed.

Value for money.

Breakfast spread was massive, amazing variety for any traveller to enjoy. Rooms were very spacious too, facilities provided were up to par as well. Everything was good!

This hotel used a lot of new trainees from hospitality school, which is fine but I guess they required more training on handling customer service. There were instances where they couldn't understand basic requirements but all these are minor stuff. Other than that, hotel is great!

The fact that you had a wedding playing loud music yet you still charge foreigners top rates it’s not the money it’s the absolute cheek I’ll never stay in a Marriott again even though you refunded a nights stay.It was the sheer inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night

Convenient and clean

Room was clean, beds very extremely comfortable and pillows were perfect. The hotel is situated right next to the airport which was perfect as we had an early morning flight. Also commute to the city took 30 minutes only and with minimal traffic.

Dinner buffet was ok but didn’t match our expectations having had better buffets in other Marriott locations in India.
