Poorly trained reception staff. Casual approach. Not good for a branded property.

Clean and accessible. Close to amenities. Wifi worked. Restaurant on premises Service was patchy.
Didn't sleep well. Walls were thin, heard all the noise from next door (room was by elevator and stairs despite requesting a quiet room). Air con was extremely loud and temperamental. Bed was not firm so not comfortable. Very basic furniture and a bit of mold in the bathroom blind.

The room and restaurant was really nice (prepare only vegetarian food). Polite cleaners and restaurant staff. There was a big mall just next to the hotel and a nice food court. Harmfully you can't look anyone in the eye there (the mall) without getting disturbed by staring or taking photos of you.
The cons of the hotel; wifi was really unstable and it went to unconnect mode constantly. There was also some renovation noices at night that was disturbing when trying to get to sleep. When we checked out no one asked how our stay was. For this price I would check also the other options.
