Very comfortable beds and nice room layout with extra seating and worktables. Big shower. All toiletries provided, fridge and safe. Great variety for breakfast included in price. A la carte dinner available at extra cost.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Gopalpura , and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I especially liked the rooftop area very calm and amazing place to relax. The ambience was peaceful, and the service was prompt throughout my stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience — I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur and would love to stay here again!

Very good with multiple choice of Indian, continental, other delicacies, balanced with combination of seasonal fruits, nuts, juices and made to order, Enjoyed it with my daughter. as I am diabetic cannot have too much at a time helps by staff to take a some items for balance interval

Relaxed and flexible timing in the morning, staff also requesting for fresh cooked items like dosa, omlette and customize coffee, serving people of my age on the table itself and instant clearing

Reception staff is nice and supportive. Also housekeeping staff is good. Overall good place to stay.

My only complaint is for breakfast. We stayed at the Hotel for 5 days and the breakfast menu was same throughout all 5 days. I expected that breakfast menu will be different but all throughout my 5 days it was same. This is some what I was disappointed. Management should take note of this and change the menu. Secondly Bathroom towels and handkerchiefs were not old and we were not Happy to use it. It should be of good quality and soft in material.

AC issues, smelly rooms, chaotic breakfast!

The breakfast was disappointing. Extreme unorganized, with food trays being empty and refills taking time, no one around to manage the guests or address the concerns.

The AC in the room wasn't effective. While it showed 23°C to be the lowest possible (while you can set it to 21°C), the actual temperature in the room was much higher and made us feel warm in the hot and humid outside weather.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are a bit small but value for money. Well maintained and hygienic property. We had breakfast included in our package. The breakfast was tasty and wide spread of dishes. The staff is super helpful.

Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Gopalpura! Holiday Inn Gopalpura is truly a beautiful property! We stayed for four nights in a suite room, and the experience was fantastic. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. A heartfelt thank you to the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Service teams—everyone gave their 100% and made our stay memorable. Their dedication and professionalism truly stood out. A special appreciation to the General Manager for beautifully designing and managing such a wonderful hotel. Your attention to detail is reflected in every part of the property. We are very happy with the overall service and hospitality, and we hope to see the same excellence on our future visits. Highly recommended!

There was a delay in check-in. Room allotted to us first (712) was very suffocating as it was way too small. Breakfast buffet was of very bad quality. Service was too slow in dining area. Also, they were not refilling the dishes. Tables were not clean either
