I would not choose to stay this property again.

Staff is quite friendly and helpful. The lobby looks nice.

The room is very basic... there was no water in the room and the comforter was not sufficiently warm for the weather.

Decent place

Staff is excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast is nice and they have a good in house cook - so dinner options were great too. Rooms are comfortable. The owner is helpful and addresses things if you tell him. He had helpful suggestions and was willing to adjust my bookings because of unforeseen circumstances.

The place is a but old and dusty. It’s not in the main areas so commute is a bit difficult. The wifi is terrible- so if you need to do a work trip, it is difficult.

Lovely getaway in Jaipur

The owner and staff and so helpful and friendly! Nothing is too much trouble. There is a gift shop which has good prices and the rooftop was amazing for breakfast and night time views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay We had a driver but this is only a few metres from the train and there are heaps of bars and restaurants and cafes nearby. We also found an amazing little shop selling homemade Indian sweets and savoury snacks just one street away

Really liked the concept and the people behind it. Liked that the metro was so close and that we got exactly the recommendations we were looking for. The location was quiet and homely. The restaurant served good, nutritious meals.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Very hospitable and friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. Really clean with hot water. We loved hanging out on the rooftop in the evening. Very close to the metro which was easy to use.

Just book it! You won’t regret it.

Everything. The lobby is gorgeous and the hotel is located on a quiet neighbourhood street which made it easy to get a cab or a tuk tuk via Uber. The bedroom was spacious, clean, peaceful, and all around amazing. Next, the staff!!! They went above and beyond throughout our stay. They provided us breakfast every morning, laundry service, as well as helping us book a cab to go to Agra for a great price. The rooftop is a lovely spot to hang out and have some food and drinks. We spent our last night up there watching the fireworks, it couldn’t have been more perfect and I cannot recommend this place enough. Book it!

Very comfortable boutique hotel

Exceptionally clean small hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice roof terrace and decor around. I wish I could stay longer. Vegetarian menu suitable for visitors from abroad.

There barely anything that requires improvement. Staff speaks little English but the owner is always available if any questions. Food is prepared fresh on order and hence, was a bit rushed (I ordered stuffed aubergines which were undercooked) and another greek dish (a pie) which was also rushed - undercooked and blunt in taste. I should have gone for something local instead! A bit far from tourist attractions - but this is what is makes this place special - you won’t find same quality hotels in the city centre.

It was peaceful and good healthy breakfast. Ambience on roof top was cool.

Bathroom fittings were not working.. shower was jammed. AC was not working properly. Food menu if you order was too costly.

My 5 days in Jaipur was made perfect by the manager and staff and this hotel

The rooftop was a very relaxing place to have a leisurely breakfast and evening meals. The staff were very accommodating to last minute requests for dinner or drinks. Meals were authentic home cooked vegetarian Indian food that I loved

Some small furniture items and small rugs have faded a little so could do with an update.

room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom with a large shower. I loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The restaurant is good, I tasted several dishes, all as good as each other! The young men of the staff are charming, smiling and very helpful. The welcome from the boss is great, he handled all my requests, I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed!

A perfect stay with exceptional hospitality and a sense of homeliness.

This has been an exceptional stay in all respects from the moment go. The owner is superb, the staff are all very friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help you in any regard. The villa is beautifully designed, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, everything is squeaky clean, the restaurant on the rooftop is perfect and the food is simply excellent. There's also a shop on the premises selling hand-made jewellery and designer clothes, all unique and beautiful as well as affordable. The neighborhood is quiet and central. One of the best stays in India. I recommend it to anyone.

Probably your best option in Jaipur

Decorations are very cool. The room was very ample and the bed was soooo confortable. The staff was super helpful. Abhishek, the manager, is so nice and helpful. Also the rooftop area is really nice. The breakfast is all you need. Totally recommended.

it’s a minor thing but the hot water took some time to come on which lead to a bit of wastage which can be avoided if the management can come up with a feasible solution
