We had a wonderful views of the sea from second floor with bay window.
Breakfast was good especially the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit.
It was a little out of town but that is what we were looking for. However, the last bus from town was 5.20pm which meant trying to get a taxi that was often unavailable. Taxi provided by 123 Taxis was £8 and Uber £11 minimum.

It was close to Watergate Bay. The Bus stops right outside into Newquay Town and just across the road to Padstow. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast 👍
There was nothing I didn’t like. I will book again..

We would defenetely suggest it. Laura and her husband are very kind, the position is perfect and the room is spotless with best view ever of amazing sunsets.
