Location, friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time, we noticed the hotel had a constant smell of cigarette smoke. Even though the hotel wasn't busy, we were given a room with an interconnecting door. The guests in the other room spent some time exploring the door, making a lot of noise, and having a barking dog It was not a very restful night for us after a long journey, not what we expected, disappointing! Réception was closed, so we couldn't request a change of room.

Very comfy bed, decent shower! Lovely member of staff tolerated my French and was very helpful!

Not easy to get into as the entrance has changed, and it was right beside a noisy road… not the hotel’s fault!! It was a bit further outside of Bourges than I planned, but ok. In the middle of being updated. Food was ok.

Pleasant stay would stay again if i was only stopping in Bourges for 1 or 2 nights.

The room is nicely decorated and is spacious. The bathroom was large with a shower. The curtains are black out which was really nice and all the staff were lovely.

The room is very basic, no kettle, no mini fridge, the shower door needs fixing and there was mould above the shower. It is also annoying how the reception is only open at very limited times.

A disappointing stay after a tiring 700 km drive from Holland

I don't know

As there was road repair in front of the hotel it took me 15 minutes and a near-accident to get into the car park. The young lady at check-in desk did everything she could, but she was alone and had to do the cleaning of another room first (guests waiting for that at the desk) before she could take care of our check-in. She was really making the best out of it, but there were too many problems for her to be able to solve them all. Our problems were: no instruction paper for TV (we wanted to watch Olympics). It took us at least half an hour to get the right channels. Airco did not work properly (a problem for the whole hotel). Breakfast was okay but setting not very pleasant.

Not the best

Bathroom had been recently updated, but there was a door missing from the shower unit. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel exterior and interior, was tired and needed modernisation. Furniture, fittings and decor needed up dating as it was very old fashioned. TV wasn't working, no door on shower, shower tap was broken.

Bourges at 31°...

Young gentleman in reception was brilliant, welcoming, and even offered to carry bags in. Other staff all very pleasant. Room was adequate and large enough the for twin beds and two dog beds. The bathroom was modern, and the shower was exceptional. Air Con was very effective. Breakfast selection was enough to have a variety over a few days. Free car parking and WiFi.

Could use a lot of improvement!

The room itself was clean and had good modern facilities. There petit dejeuner was good.

The public areas of the hotel were worn, quite soiled and in a state of disarray. I was given a troisieme etage room, the elevator was out of service and had been for quite a while. The water in the shower and sink never got any more than lukewarm despite letting it run for several minutes in the morning.

Pleasant stay after a difficult journey!

Very nicely redecorated rooms, with well designed interiors and furniture. The price was great for the location, especially with free parking that can easily add another 15 Euros or so in other similar sized towns. Easy to find location not far from the autoroute.

The room was a little too warm and found it hard to turn down the heating - but to be honest we could have probably asked for help from the staff but we were tired and didn't!

Très belle étape à l'hôtel Bhoma

Accueil très professionnel : nous avons été accueillis par une jeune femme très à l'écoute des clients. Jolie décoration de l'hôtel, belle ambiance créée par les luminaires en soirée. Nous avons aimé cet hôtel et le petit-déjeuner. J'ai apprécié l'infusion du soir offerte dans le salon et qui a avantageusement comblé l'absence de bouilloire dans les chambres.

Une délicate attention pour adapter le tarif du peit-dejeuner à nos attentes simples croissant et café au lait. La l'intérieur et la chambre spacieuse. Une rénovation bien pensée qui rend cet hôtel cosy alors qu'il semble difficile à chauffer dans la salle commune. Une prouesse au vu des surfaces vitrées!

État du parking qui était en travaux... Le tarif du chargeur pas adapté au voitures hybrides rechargeables. Place pour 2 vasque en salle de bain alors que celle-ci est coincée dans un angle.

Note : 1/10 Titre : Accueil déplorable et manque de professionnalisme Points négatifs : Rigidité excessive : Arrivé à 16h00 après 3h30 de route sous la neige, l'accès à l'établissement m'a été refusé. Bien qu'un membre du personnel soit présent, on m'a intimé l'ordre de revenir à 17h00 pile pour l'ouverture de la réception, sans aucune considération pour les conditions de voyage. Qualité de l'accueil : À mon retour à 17h00, l'accueil a été glacial. Aucun mot de bienvenue, aucune question sur le trajet ; un simple "bonjour" laconique. Le personnel s'est montré particulièrement mal aimable et peu enclin au service client. État des lieux : L'établissement dispose d'équipements vieillissants qui ne semblent plus à la hauteur des attentes actuelles. Points positifs : Aucun. Conclusion : Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. Le manque de courtoisie et la vétusté des installations rendent l'expérience très désagréable. Ce fut ma première et dernière visite.

Tout était parfait. L’hôtel est très beau et propre. Tout vient d’être refait à neuf. La literie était incroyablement bonne. Le personnel est super réactif et très aimable. Ils trouvent une solution à tout malgré une heure tardive. Emplacement au top pour un arrêt sur notre route vers le sud.

J’ai tout apprécié. Accueil chaleureux, décoration superbe. Nous avions pas eu l’envie de ressortir le soir, et l’hôtel proposais des pizza, servie sois en chambre sois à l’accueil. Avec boisson. Douche incroyable et bien chaude !

Alors normalement j’aurais dis l’oreiller. Une deuxième aurait été pas mal. Mais il y en avait un dans l’armoire, que j’avais pas vu 🥲
