A good centrally located hotel.

Our room was lovely and warm in very cold weather conditions. The staff were helpfull and friendly. Every part of the hotel was clean and comfortable and the restaurant service was great. For all of this the price was very reasonable. We would definately stay again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Something to be expected at Ibis. the staff was very nice. Satisfied with my stay I loved that the parking was free and in front of the hotel. But it turns out that there is much competition with customers from the super market just next to the hotel. But managed to get a space.

There were no electrical plugs next to the bed. There was however a multi plug extension chord box located at the desk that you could use next to the right side of the bed. But it did not reach the far side. I was alone. So was not a problem. But for a couple it might not be ideal.

Comfortable room with good shower. Welcoming and efficient staff. Easy parking and close to town centre. A Leclerc supermarket is next to the hotel which is handy.

Area rather dismal and noisy kids in the evening admittedly outside the hotel’s control. Only 2 towels, no hand towel provided, and no plugs around the room (all available from one cube on the desk) and no USB ports.

Avoid - do not recommend even for a short stay.

The lady at the reception was very polite and accommodating, besides this the hotel was a huge disappointment. Parking is literally outside the reception area easy to access especially if you have heavy luggage.

The rooms are ridiculously small for a couple. We could barely move around the bed when entering with our two small suitcases. The smell of humidity and cigarettes is on another level. The pillows were thin as paper and the mattress? What mattress? It is such a shame for the Ibis brand they should do better. Would not recommend at all.

Everything is in the like section!

Easy to find and good parking for a city centre hotel., Every member of staff was helpful and had enough English to make our dismal French not a problem. The room was as they all are in these type of hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable, the tea making equipment was adequate. The evening meal and service was very good, as was the breakfast Staff were excellent and good natured. We have stayed there previously and would stay there again. Well Done Ibis Bourges!!!!!

Very basic rooms, lovely dinner in outside courtyard & great breakfast. Friendly attentive staff.

The breakfast was very nice with as much as you wanted to eat. It was quite relaxed with no one rushing you. I requested ‘gluten free’ bread if they had it. The lovely young waitress came back with four different types of plain buns with apologies that they had no bread. I really appreciated her help.

Parking available nearby. Easy to find just off the route back to the ferry at Caen. Very efficient staff with spotlessly clean comfy rooms which were more spacious that expected and really comfy beds . Corridors were quiet though it was very noisy from the main road outside our window which made it difficult to sleep. Bourges beautiful with plenty to see and fab places to eat in the old town.

On the whole it was very good.

Access to town centre was easy. There was a lift to different floors, pet friendly. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lively too.

6 inch gap between bed and side wall. You can't be serious! How do you get in to bed? As for the bedside table! Tea coffee. Horrible cardboard cups and flimsy little wooden stirrers. Did you think we'd nick the crockery?!

great staff . super shower and very comfortable bed. breakfast was good value. we had a very long journey and arrived about 9.30pm and we’re still able to get dinner which was excellent. overall I would recommend
