We had two nights booked but ended up with one night as room was small, no comfortable public area to sit and the restau

Location as we traveled with our fury friend. Free parking ( first comes first served)

Given the cost of the room and traveling with our dog we had a room far away from main door which wasn’t convenient. Restaurant was run by an independent contractor and hotel staff wasn’t very helpful in assisting booking a table etc. so didn’t support this. Lobby looked comfortable on website but in reality it wasn’t. No atmosphere, cheaply done and freezing cold as the main door never shut.

The restaurant in the evening was very nice. Breakfast was ver nice as well.

The airco in the room might be a little bit more performant, as it did no cool enough.

Beautiful room with modern bathroom and aircon. Comfortable large bed and excellent restaurant next door. Great breakfast. With excellent choice of hot and cold buffet. Restaurant staff were great.

No water in the room, no mini bar, even though the blurb in the room said there was both. Had to go down to reception to fill up a bottle. Reception staff didn’t offer this on arrival. Tea and coffee in the room was instant and poor quality. Other hotels of the same look have had coffee machines in each room. Non iron or board.

An excellent overnight stay in a good location.

Well located not too far from the motorway for an overnight stay. Beautiful old building, a former abbey, sympathetically modernised, with a spectacular dining room in the former chapel. Delicious evening meal and a good selection at breakfast. Pleasant staff equally happy to communicate in English or French.

Its a very nice place,restaurant its a bonus,very good in my opinion.

A/C didn’t work,very hot and only the beginning of the summer,very uncomfortable to rest in the room,there was a lot of small flies as well,my son couldn’t get any sleep.

Fine. Some things were lovely. A little unusual but a restful night

Very well appointed, colorful and imaginative decor.

We asked for two beds. One was a foldout couch with barely enough room to get in or out. It was Sunday and the restaurant was closed, but they offered room service. It was chilly and raining so we opted for that. We were given two sealed glass containers with utensils but no plates. So we ate directly from the containers, which seemed very odd, especially in a country where dining is so respected.

There is a stunning restaurant on site. Not run by the hotel but you can charge to your room. Eat there it is well worth it. Great location and very friendly team.

The team could not book the restaurant for us we had to go on line to do so. Seemed a bit silly.

Lovely clean and well located for the old city. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Typical Mercure standard.. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome.
