Great value stop over for the long drive across France.

Friendly staff, especially in restaurant, large clean room, good TV and shower. There's a gym! Which looked great but I had no kit with me.

Bed probably had a plastic mattress cover as it was a little hot, otherwise I slept well, food was a little underwhelming in restaurant but very welcome after a long day.

Great location to break the journey from / to UK to the Alpes, secure parking, good restaurant, good breakfast and very comfy rooms and bed

Ideal overnight stay

Our room, 426 on the top floor, was pleasantly warm: it was very cold outside, and there was a frost over-night. We had a good dinner in the hotel restaurant, and a peaceful night's sleep. It was good to have a bath, as we had requested. Breakfast was varied, well presented, and diligently replenished. We had not stayed here before, but would certainly do so again. Ample convenient parking and easy access to the autoroute.

A great one night stopover.

Great location halfway to the south coast from Calais. Typically good Novotel. Very good dinner restaurant was extremely busy but service was fine. Breakfast was excellent. EV charging was free, that’s a first!

Good stopover on returning from Switzerland

The room was of adequate size and provided an adequate workspace. It was provided with a wet-room, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant provided a good choice of menu, and the staff provided a excellent standard of service, despite having to cope with a very large party of more than 50.

A nice treat in the middle of France for long holidays journeys

Excellent dinner. Quiet rooms despite motorway nearby.

Family room a bit small. Limites choice of fruits and yoghurts for breakfast Extra cost for a dog not added up in the booking.com price. Car park should be better managed. SUV's take up spaces for 2 normal cars.

Perfect stop off in the centre of France

Perfect stopover on the way back from Spain. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant – one of the best meals we’ve had in France! The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of activities around it to enjoy. A great place to relax and recharge.

Another Comfortable Stay at Novotel Bourges

Comfortable Rooms, Excellent Breakfast and Warm and Welcoming Staff. Hotel has been undergoing improvements over the last few years and it really is excellent. Good family orientated hotel which is well thought out for travelling families.

Needs a bigger Car Park. Struggled to get a Parking Space which is key when using the hotel for a road trip stop over.

Great value quality stopover hotel.

Conveniently located next to the motorway so ideal for a stopover on your way south / north. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it is lovely. Good pool, great food.

It’s in the middle of an industrial estate but that is what make it convenient for the motorway.

Just off the motorway, very convenient for a stop when traveling long distance in France. Pool, games, pétanque pitch etc. Room well equipped and very comfortable mattress. Restaurant surprisingly good, excellent service and good wines. Nice outside bar area to sit in evening. Breakfast really good. Exceeding our expectations and we’ll worth the slightly higher cost over basic Ibises etc.

Lovely hotel, nice pool and great food.

Very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the staff we’re happy to change our room as soon as we wanted. Excellent restaurant.

It was a shame that the air conditioning problem wasn’t checked before we were allocated the room.

Swimming pool with accessoires as a huge unicorn, great temperature as it was a little cloudy. Very clean. The breakfast had everything and all products were high end and fresh.

The airco had an adjustment box but this did not seem to work and seemed operated automatically. This said the room did stay fairly cool. So no real issue.
