About this house rental
3 mi away from the heart of Salida, this mtn paradise sits on 25 acres. The scenic retreat has private river frontage, spectacular views & stocked ponds filled by a mtn springs flowing around the propery. This mtn oasis is a nature buff's dream. The comfortable, older log style home has 2 bdrms, one bath. It is the perfect place for family & pets! There are 3 dwellings on the acreage,none in sight of each other as well as a propery manager that lives on site.
The space
Unless the entire compound is rented as there’s more than one dwelling on the nearly 30 acres, the river frontage and ponds for fishing may be shared as well as the main water front smoker and gas grills, tarped picnic tables and water front fire pits.
Owner storage is locked off in rooms, however there is multiple empty dressers, hanging racks, bathroom shelves and extra food storage shelving.
Guest access
All areas of the 30 acres are accessible except for the private space of each individual home rented. Please maintain a 50 radius of distance to the homes.
Other things to note
A reasonable pet fee per pet is added on top of rental the rental rate . Fee depends on size of pooch and the nature of their coat. Please inquire. Dogs must be pre approved in writing via the reservation message thread. Pooches must be restrained while outside. There is a dog run available to leash them to. While we are extremely pet friendly, aggressive dogs are not welcome. Sadly we had a team member attacked by an unfriendly dog. All pets must be pre approved.
We have crates in case you can’t take your pet with you when you’re not at the house, dog beds and dog bowls we are happy to provide upon request.
We do request pets not be allowed on furniture as pet hair can be beastly to remove. Thanks.
