Arrived very late and got a call while en route the room would be prepared and unlocked for us, no need to go by the office. Easy key drop procedure in the morning. Very thoughtful to help make our stay as convenient as possible.

Check in was great, everyone was very friendly. It was very clean and updated. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but not a surprise. Bring any favorite kitchen stuff if you plan to cook, esp your own knives. Love all the snacks they offered. I would stay there again.

Everything was adequate. Nothing fancy. We couldn't get the heat on, seemed outdated.
