About this house rental
This quaint, sunlit home is stylishly furnished and has everything you'll need: new and very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen & AC! Alpine Park across the street is a full city block of grassy space, basketball courts, playgrounds, and the summer Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. On the edge of downtown Salida, literally around the corner from shops, galleries, restaurants and 4 blocks from the river! Ask about renting it with neighboring house "Turn of the Century Gem"! Newly installed central AC--though we doubt you'll need it except for a week or so in the summer when we get our "heat wave."
If you want to stay in and cook, you’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen or grilling out in the backyard. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants.
Our cleaning standards have always been very high (as you can tell by our reviews), but with the advent of the COVID 19 threat, we've doubled-down our already high disinfecting standards to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and our entire community.

This house was a perfect place for the 3 of us to stay for part of a week. Beautiful house, easy walking to anything in Salida, and easy access to points up and down the valley. The hosts were terrific and the entire experience could not have been better.

Great location! Enjoyed evenings on the porch with peaceful view of the park. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We all loved our stay and will book again!
