This single-level, bright, colorful pet-friendly dwelling offers:
~ master suite with gas fireplace and queen bed; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and an office with futon bed
~ two custom-built full bathrooms, one with a gorgeous, walk-in shower
~ modern kitchen, open living/dining area with fun views of town and the mountains beyond
~gas stove in the living area, garden courtyard, large patio with table/chairs, Adirondack chairs on 3 outdoor areas, Cable TV and WiFi.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 50% refund will be given to cancellations made within 14-29 days of your check-in date. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs 13 days or sooner to your check-in date. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

The location was superb. We brought our pup and it was right next to the walking path. The unit was clean and well furnished. The showers could use a little love and grab bars would be very helpful. The television had no instructions for how to get the programs we wanted which could be improved. The ease of walking to town was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

House is listed as 3 bed 2 bath but the third bedroom is an office the size of a closet. We were confused on check in looking for the third bedroom. Host was fairly rude about the situation. House shouldn’t be listed as anything above 2 bed. The office was small with hardly any space for luggage. House is also heated by “passive solar” which just means you’re supposed to open the blinds in the morning. It was pretty chilly when we checked it because of this. Space heaters are available for use at night. If you want to keep the house warm you just have to keep one of those running which is pretty sketchy. It was walkable to downtown Salida which was probably the only part that seemed as advertised with this stay. Overall would not stay here again.
