This stunning 1400 sq. ft. loft style studio features high ceilings, cement floors, lots of light, remote controlled moisture-sensing skylights, commercial ADA approved bathroom with a heated floor and tile shower, on demand hot water system for domestic and in floor heat, rooftop balcony with great views, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, piano, Italian-made Mini-kitchen by Lamborghini Roso, 2 large flat screen TVs, Bose speakers throughout the unit.
January - March special of $200 per night (2 night min stay). 10% off for a weekly stay and 20% off for a month-long stay.

Very cool vibe! Great location in the historic district, just a couple of blocks from the river. The space is huge and great for pets. We have a 6 year old lab that loved the large room too. The kitchen is very small and a bit hard to wash dishes but still useable. We had a small plumbing issue and the owner was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great location, right in the heart of downtown Salida. Restaurants, Hikes, Breweries, shops all easily accessible from here. Very clean and has a rooftop hangout area.

This loft style property is stylish, spacious, and in a great location.
But there were a few quirks. The emails from the property manager were confusing regarding the access code, seemed a code was given early on and then a different code later. Rereading the many emails eventually made things more clear. Upon entering the property we found a partially used bottle of DayQuil on the counter, a bit disconcerting. There were many light bulbs needing replacement. I counted six. The lock on the main entry door started to fall apart and became unusable and we had to secure it with the dead bolt. We used the side door the rest of the time. Communication with the manager about this wasn't easy as she wasn't answering her phone and her voice mail box was full. Then the morning of our departure the cleaning person showed up at 10 even though all the communications we had received clearly stated that check out was at 11. She said that was incorrect and we had to leave.
