This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 + bathroom, newer town home, STR license number 0336, is located on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Salida. Downtown shops and restaurants, the riverfront, and the Monarch Spur Trail are all only a few blocks outside the front door. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen, a large table for family meals, and a comfortable living area with lots of seating. Large windows provide wonderful views of the S mountain, so you can relax with a book and peak out at the bikers snaking down the mountain trails. Three bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, including a large, comfortable master with a king-sized bed; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and a kids' room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed with a trundle. This house also has an attached two-car garage, to keep your warm and dry on cold days.
