All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

This was our first visit to Colorado, and this area is just breathtaking. Lots to do in Salida and within diving distance. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The home itself was very comfortable and clean -- so 5 stars for location, comfort, and cleanliness. The only issue I had, that I wasn't aware of, is the amount of construction surrounding the property as the area is being developed. That took away a bit of the ambience, so just be mindful.

It was such a well appointed property. It had all the cookery u could ever need, extra blankets, comfortable bedding, great little yard for dogs, perfect location and easily accessible.

Dishes in the cupboards were dirty and almost no dish soap was there. The host and the rental property management company apologized for the dirty dishes and the host brought more dish soap outThe beds were nice and the rest of the house was clean. There was a reasonable assortment of pots and pansThe TVs were were nice and internet was reliable.The house is very loud. Every door squeeked really loudly and the sound from people walking around and getting in and out of bed was pretty noticeable. This made sleeping not the most relaxing.
