**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Awesome house to stay with a group. Very fun modern feel with an excellent backyard for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked and very open. Ride your bike on a trail to downtown Salida across the street. Very close to Soul Craft and Salida Distillery. Will look to stay here again!

Great living area in house. Front bedroom a bit noisy due to traffic. Backyard is nice for relaxing, grilling, visiting.

Exactly as shown. Beautifully upgraded mid century home with well equipped kitchen. Enough extra linens for spare beds. Nice beds. Beautiful lot and landscaping!

The house was cute & clean but certain amenities would have been helpful ie, a front door light, more windows that opened, a full length mirror somewhere, dressers or tables in the bedrooms [wherever they would fit]&... just weed whack that backyard
