Mountain home with some of the best views in Chaffee county! Surrounded by private land makes this a great place to bring your ATV's and other toys. This getaway is very spacious including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi internet, garage, 4 bedrooms, one is also a game room of sorts. Huge back deck with grill and outdoor patio table over looking view of Arkansas Valley and Collegiate Peak Mountains....BREATHTAKING! It is conveniently located to ALL of the valley's activities from Leadville, Mt. Princeton to Salida yet tucked away from neighbors! Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the wildlife.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for $25.00 night per dog and a $25.00 additional cleaning fee. $350 damage deposit which is promptly refunded if house is left in proper condition.

Overall we had a great stay here. The views are spectacular! We only ended up with a group of 5 people so it was very spacious! We didn't use the garage but you could park in it which was cool. The sheets and towels all seemed clean. We couldn't find any dishwasher detergent and I messaged the host and she brought some right away which was very helpful. I will say that the oven mit drawer was full of mouse poop and after that we found more mouse poop on the floor in the bathroom. We didn't see any critters and none of our food got eaten. So it was probably an issue from the past but the cleaning crew did not do an amazing job at getting it cleaned up. The only explanation was that pest control had already been by so hopefully the cleaning crew will take care of that mess in the future! The floor felt kind of dirty, too (we took our shoes off at the door) but the beds and shower and sinks all seemed really clean! Overall it was worth it for the value and it was very quiet and only 10 mins from BV which was perfect! The kitchen was also way more stocked with spices and things than most rental houses I have been to. They even had an electric kettle which was great for us tea drinkers. I do recommend this place for the location and price for number of beds.

Beautiful property! Quiet area with a scenic view. The host let us know she was nearby is we needed anything and left her number. This house was perfect for our little family vacation.

Front door lock gave us problems. So we were afraid to lock ourselves out. Other items need attention. Patio furniture.
