Manager was excellent. Location was great. Small roaches in bathroom. Corners in bathroom were nasty. Silverware dirty. Our dog found a piece of chocolate on carpet. Too dirty for me.

remote didn’t work, lights went off in the bedroom and tv went off in bedroom. BathRoom flooded and no lights or fan overhead.

The TV did not work at first. There was not a holder for the toilet paper. There was no telephone in the room. They hid a blow dryer in a drawer and the one in the wall did not work at all. The main response from the staff was “Oh, really?”

Floors were filthy. Appeared to be clean but had dirty black feet by the end of the evening. Chairs were filthy and broken. Bed were clean and comfortable. ADA shower worked well.

Disgusting room. Never seen a room so dirty. Sink looked like it was rotting. Big stains on chairs we were covering them with plastic bags. Room smelled bad. Really disappointed.

Had to check out 4 days early due to the entire hotel not having hot water for days and they refused to give a refund. They said they didn’t know when the part would be there to fix the water. There were multiple people having loud parties on our floor and the outside smelled of marijuana. My wife also found a sewing needle on the floor of our room by almost stepping on it. Would not recommend.

My house cauht on fire and we spend 8 days at your hotel. I kept the "I'll catch you later on my door." Day seven house keeping entered my room. They moved the sign fron outside the door and put it inside. Most importantly, they touched my stuff. After day 4 we got new towells and bedding. So they invade our privacy. The scary part is, on the last day, my husband left the room at 9:40, and at 10:03 a gentleman walked in my room, I jumped up then he said "housekeeping", I said, somebody is in here, then closed my door and left. No, ilI am sorry, nothing just left. I called my husband and told him what happen. He said when he was leaving there was a man housekeeper 1-2 doors down. Again that sign, "catch you later" was back on my door. Very creepy, and suspicious. Please look at the camera. But I will not be coming back to that location.

Disappointed. We saw several small roaches in the room. The hotel feels run down and would benefit from updates. It’s in a good location with a short drive to several shopping and dining options. There’s a restaurant across the parking lot.

The electrical outlet in the bathroom was neat 6ft high on an opposite wall from the sink and mirror. Normally they are next to or closer making it more accessible. The shower head is a handheld one not making it easy to keep it one place.

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was not helpful and very short with us. They dont have ice, and the ice machines in rooms didnt work. We had 10 rooms, all 10 were dirty even coffee pots had nasty dried on coffee grounds in them. We had nasty black curly hair in multiple showers and in beds. We asked for extra towels to shower, we were informed that there were no extras to be had. Water in showers would only get luke warm and cooled off quickly after that. Extremely loud through the night we had multiple parents having to ask for assistance with the noise through the night. This was a very gross and stressful stay. I would expect this from a cheaper motel.

Someones large toenail clippings were on the carpet, shower curtain not long enough so floods the floor, spider on the bed, hair under the pillow case, light above oven pulled out and inoperable, bathroom sink drained super slow, badly stained hallway carpets, blood on floor in elevator, lawn crew started early Saturday morning working on the landscaping, looked nice.

We paid for the one bedroom suite with the intention that one of us would stay in the bedroom and one in the living area. We got to the room, it was a regular room. When we asked the front desk, they said they had to move us. My friend arranged to stay elsewhere so I ended up by myself. I went back to the front desk and asked if they were going to refund us for the room difference. They said they couldn’t refund us, but they could move me to the correct room. Why didn’t they offer that right away!!?! I ended up having to pay the entirety of the room since my friend didn’t stay, plus they charged us an extra guest fee.

I’d like to thank the staff for being so professional. My mom came down for me to have back surgery and she enjoyed her stay and so did I the nights I stayed there after surgery. Very comfortable bed and clean rooms

Nice extended stay hotel that was very spacious. Nothing fancy. TV was very small but we didn't use it so it didn't matter. Kitchen seemed decently appointed

Hotel had a strange odor inside. Booked a suite with a king and was put in a suite with a queen. They did fix this. Got to the new room and still a strange smell in the room. Side table next to the bed had not been cleaned (had a sticky bottle ring on it), sheets and pillows had an odor to them as well. AC would not get colder than 72 in the room. They claim they are under renovations but I did not see anything. Definitely would not stay here again.

Drain in tub did not work, notified front desk. Said it would be resolved next day. Was not resolved. There was random strands of hair in bath tub, bathroom sink, and on sheets and pillows. Mold in the restroom cabinet so bad it was breaking apart. There were also roaches in the restroom. I notified front desk they just apologized. I was very disappointed and kind of shocked.

I arrived and as soon as I got in saw how dirty it was. I gut to my room and same thing. I met someone in the elevator and he said he was leaving because of it being dirty. After I left my room with my trolley of baggage’s, the gentleman said uh oh. The manager got me into the much cleaner nicer place next door holiday in express.

Came here to stay for a wedding nearby. Decent sized room. But musty smell and a HUGE ROACH in our room. Uncertain if our sheets were clean. Would’ve stayed at another hotel but did not have enough time to figure things out. Even brought up the cockroach issue to the front and the guy just looked at me like, “Yea so what?” I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here.
