Overall a great experience

The beds were soooooo comfortable. And the location was great. There was a convenience store next door and it was close to the HEB Center.

The only issue we had was that we had the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door in the morning as we were getting ready to leave and housekeeping not only knocked on the door and then tried to open the door on two different occasions. I found this a little annoying and unprofessional.

Staff, location, breakfast and price! Pool was nice but cold because of the cool front that had come through a day before but our kids still had a blast! Probably one of the cleanest outdoor pools I’ve seen at a hotel!

Could hear loud cars from gas station and road near by and every door that closed in the hallway. Not the hotels fault though and we will definitely be staying here every time we come if it’s available. I just suggest bringing a sound spa if you sleep lightly like I do.

The property was just what I needed .

The front desk staff was excellent. The online staff not so much. I asked when I booked the reservation if I could check in at 1:00pm. This was due to family event circumstances. The response was “check in is at 3pm”. In short , we don’t care about you really!

Convenient location, wonderful breakfast, great staff.

The breakfast was very good as was the location.

We had a two night stay. The furnace did not work. The room was very cold. They finally brought a tiny space heater in that we use through the first night. It took about five trips to the front desk before they finally got it fixed. Wish they had had some paper and pens in the room to use.

Great welcome by George at reception

George in reception was welcoming and informative . Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast had options for people that keep kosher .All utensils were paper or plastic.Great plastic cups for hot drinks. Near to shopping area.Nice pool open till 10 pm outside.Room spacious and organized well. Only downside was loud air conditioner but worked well so we just turned it off at night.

Hotel stay was great,staff was friendly and helpful with check in being easy. Great place will stay again.

Breakfast spread was great, I have a specific diet so very limited on what I eat, they had turkey sausage which was a pleasant surprise. but I was in edible, hard and dry.

Staff was horrible, lazy snd didn’t want to be helpful Let bums into the hotel lobby to eat and hang all night that made us feel unsafe and worried at going to the lobby alone. The bum ended up having the cops show up our last day there the food was poor The room snd hallways are never cleaned

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I'm going back there from now on.

I've been going to hotels more than usual this year. I started at an expensive hotel in Austin. If I had known a Holiday Inn was so immaculate, so quiet, and had such amazing staff, I would have gone there. I'm going to talk to them today about a two-week stay. The breakfasts were great. Most of all, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. On a scale of 1 to 1o, the Holiday Inn Express Cedar Park (NW Austin) rates 110.

The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of food.

The air condition was leaking. The carpet was wet underneath and around the ac unit. We didn't notice it until the 2nd day of our stay. We notified the front desk. Also, I didn't like that we were next to a storage room and the exercise room. We were able to hear the sound someone was making as they were running on the treadmill.

The room smelled musty. obviously it’s been that way for a while because one the previous occupants left Fabriz Oder killer. I was so tired it didn’t matter.
