This hotel is located a few minutes from the train station, only a few bus stops away. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. However, the staff in the dining room was disappointing.

This hotel does not have enough parking and when we returned for the night we could not park out car and the front desk person was not at the hotel and did not answer the phone (another couple had the same problem at the same time) I had to go into the restaurant and one of the staff moved her car for us so we could park! (What a wonderful person!) The guy from the front desk finally returned and really did not care about our problem. Nice hotel is you do not have a car and do not require help from the front desk !

Property was very unique and comfortable. Nice size room with king size bed and beautiful sitting area with large glass windows overlooking the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. About a 25 minute walk to center of town.

This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was delicious. The hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out the best places to go, when to go and how to get there. They were so friendly and just wonderful! You can not go wrong if you book this hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I stayed for one night in December 2024 at the Sport & Wellness Hotel San Gian in St. Moritz, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the wellness facilities. The location was perfect for exploring St. Moritz. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

After travelling through Europe, Italy and Switzerland, with different accommodation types delivering varying experiences, the San Gian Hotel was a beautiful surprise. Lovely appointed rooms with all the expected amenities and more. Breakfast, it is a full breakfast with cold and specially prepared hot dishes eg omelets, pancakes, etc. We had dinner at Viva Restaurant and it was one of the best meals in Switzerland. Will be back.

The hotel is very nice - very close to Ovaverva spa and the Signalbahn cable car, and you get free use of both (as well as other cable cars and public transit in the region) with your stay. The hotel is otherwise a bit outside of the main area of St Moritz, but there are 2 bus stops very close to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Overall, highly recommend.

The hotel and spa is top class, with wonderful facilities for gym, pool and spa. The hotel gave us a travel pass which let us go on the buses and up the funicular to the top of the mountain. The rooms are superbly comfortable and luxurious, and the dining at the restaurant is truly world class. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially after my wife sprained her ankle and needed special support. I couldn't rate them more highly.

We had an excellent stay at the San Gian Hotel and would recommend it to anyone. It was clean, breakfast was delicious, the staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us - close to running and biking trails, along with a couple different lakes. It was also a 20 minute walk, or 5 minute bus ride into town. We would stay here again in a minute.

Property is not far from the train station and is well connected by public transportation. Staff is very helpful, however, it seemed short staffed to me at the front desk as one has to wait for extra time to get help. Breakfast was good but could be better with more choices.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. They gave us the free access to the public spa next door and the gondola rides to see top of the mountain views. That’s a nice surprise! Only drawback is one hotel staff forgot to turn on the steam and sauna in the spa in the hotel after our request. He also forgot to arrange the taxi after our request. More new staff training please. :)

Incredible stay, so much so we extended an extra night. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were extremely comfortable. It was one of the best beds I’ve slept in. We are at the restaurant one night as well, and it was very good! The connected spa was a delight and was only a short walk away. Would highly recommend and I look forward to coming back again.

Very nice hotel, great location. Only a 5 minute walk to lake and a 10-15 minute walk to St. Moritz Dorf. Staff at reception and at restaurant was very friendly. Wonderful breakfast buffet. We hope to visit again soon.

Nice hotel with modern, clean room. My room was towards the sun side and heated up during afternoon, had to open the windows during the night but the road just in front of the hotel has been a bit noisy. The TV had a problem as well at the beginning but could be fixed by the front desk employee. Very comfortable bed, the bath room was a bit small with only one door of the shower cabin to open. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cheese and ham etc, but not overwhelming, therefore with very friendly service.

A clean, quiet, well appointed oasis with friendly professional staff and excellent breakfasts. Room was well laid out with modern features. Location was great as walkable to town and train station but even better less than 5 minutes from fantastic aqua/fitness centre and from Signalbahn gondola station (entrance fees included as a hotel guest).
