Staff was extremely helpful, the person who checked us in went above and beyond. He helped us with finding the right Trains, and times to leave to make the most of our day at Mt Titlis. We didn't have the right electrical wall adapter for our room and he lent us one at no cost. The place is clean, conveniently right neside the trainstation. Great stay!

We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon through Switzerland and Italy. Upon arrival we were surprised to see our bed decorated with rose petals and heart shaped towels, along with a card, a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. Definitely started our trip off on the right foot.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable as well.
The location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the train station to make use of the Lucerne visitor card for frequent trips into Lucerne city center.
