Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise since i travel weekly/constantly and most places i stay offer at no extra charge. Overall still highly recommended due to comfortable clean accommodations and super helpful staff.

Reception areas and bar/restaurant are modern and fresh, rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to be able to cool off in on a hot day after a long drive from the Alps. The evening meal was nice, and so was the breakfast. Staff mostly helpful, however we did feel at times the service was little below what we've come to expect from Novotel. For example, my wife was in need of some sanitary products on the morning of our departure, the receptionist said they had run out and hadn't gotten around to ordering anymore. No effort was made to assist beyond this, which was a disappointing end to the stay.

No milk in room, blamed plastic, but could have a paper carton on the room fridge 2 coffees in a 4 person room Still the silly uncomfortable sofa beds… can’t someone invent a god one Ran out of the bacon (which was lovely)… until no more and 25 minute wait and still none. Very continental with large range of cheeses and high end dining and breakfast (no coco pops here). Pool was basic but nice Not cheap Scruffy area but interior smart. Good kids internal area Door creak and don’t shut behind you, Fan in toilet rubbish Only half a roll of toilet paper (shouldn’t have to ask for) Such a wet bathroom with no extraction and shower screen 50% of shower and water everywhere

The evening menu was a little poor for my tastes so had to eat out each night. And i wasnt able to get an arranged early breakfast as i had to leave early to catch ferry. Otherwise room was very nice and staff were very friendly.

The first night they gave me a room where was impossible to sleep due to sigarettes smell, and the hotel was totally booked so they couldn’t change my room and they just sprayed a freshener in the room…. The table under the tv was dirty, there was the sign of a cup of coffe..

Easy to find from motorway but a good way out of town centre which can be reached by bus from just outside hotel. Room quite good with big TV but only one English language channel but very stingy with tea and coffee which was only available with paper cups.. Restaurant very disappointing. After not very nice main course (steak and unappetising looking baked potato) waiter asked if we would like dessert. We said yes and he left to get us a menu but simply never came back. On the plus side selection at breakfast was very good.

We were not very impressed. Our room was worn, the air on did not work well. The room was not provided with towels for 4 people The safe didn’t work There were too few staff on for breakfast it was very busy and little food available

The pool would have been lovely for a swim before breakfast but the opening times of the pool and the restaurant didn’t allow you to do both. We chose to swim as we had especially chosen the hotel because it had a pool but that meant we had to go elsewhere to have our breakfast. We weren’t happy about this and it rather spoiled our experience.
