Both the front check in staff were great but James in the restaurant for Breakfast was a champion he offers brilliant customer service .2nd to none. Room was warm and clean and all you need for an early flight . Great reliable airport transfer too.

We got a wake up call at 4.30am when it wasn't requested. Explanation in the morning was they meant to phone room 143 not 134. It woke our baby and meant we were also up from 4.30am onwards after arriving at 2am. Not ideal.

Hi where to begin, at the beginning is probably best. At check in we were given a room without a bath which I had booked, but apparently the only rooms that have a bath are family rooms and not the superior room which we booked. After a little negotiation the helpful receptionist did move us to a family room which are the only rooms with a bath, which is not made clear on the website room details.Unfortunately after a couple of hours in our new room we noticed that the room was becoming colder, after calling Reception they sent maintenance to come and fix the Air conditioning which was not working properly. In the morning we went down for for Breakfast at 9-20am (breakfast is served until 10) We were made to feel uncomfortable by the staff hovering around and informing us they were making up tables ready for Lunchtime !! All in all very disappointing

Check in was easy - tho I arrived at midnight. Young man on reception was friendly and professional. Eggs ordered were done to perfection Room was clean - bed was really comfortable Only down mark was shower pressure which was poor.- but usable. This was at about 9am. dont think that's a particularly busy time?

My stay here was pleasant and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room Spotless and bed very comfortable. I would most deystay again and recommend to others.
