Perfect stay for early flights

Comfy bed and pillows. Great service with the shuttle bus to the airport. Early flight so couldn't get breakfast but drinks in the room sufficed at 3am!

We stay with 2 kids and they prepared the sofa ahead of time to make it to a bed which was very nice the only thing was they didn’t have a comforter for them so we have our to the kids and adults were cold but we were too tired to care about it I guess

Good hotel for airport overnight stay

Great location for Stansted Airport. 10 minute drive. Plenty of car parking available at additional cost of £15. Decent sized room with hairdryer and ironing board, safe and mini fridge. Rituals branded shower gel etc in the bathroom. Bar lounge had a good menu.

The staff as in literally all of them were extremely friendly. Very rare to find this. It’s like they all attended the same meeting and decided to give overall good service.

Maybe it’s me being stupid, but I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the morning so eventually gave up as I was going to miss my flight!

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The food in restaurant bat was awful. I ordered pizzas and ot was like eating cardboard, not worth £13.00 for something reheated out of the freezer. Very disappointed. Beds where very uncomfortable and the bedding was worn and old. Pillow very uncomfortable. I wish I booked in a Premier Inn. Not great.

Useful for the airport, although only in the daytime when there’s a shuttle bus. Good nights sleep and a good breakfast.

Was a bit far from the airport, and as we’d missed the last shuttle bus at 1am, we had to get a taxi. When booking, I’d dint realise this.

The room was a decent size and comfortable. Despite being at the airport, it wasn't too noisy. Staff were friendly.

The parking situation was not good. We booked this hotel in particular because the listing said you had to pre-book parking and we thought that would mean we were guaranteed a space. However, when we contacted the property after booking to try and pre-book parking, we were told pre-booking was not possible. This led to us arriving after midnight and having to drive around the incredibly poorly designed car park for almost half an hour before getting a space, which was exactly the scenario we'd been trying to avoid by choosing a hotel that said you had to pre-book.
