Quite awful!

Absolutely nothing.

The room heater only worked intermittently as it kept flashing that a window was open. No window was open it was just the draught coming through the old window frames. Generally the hotel is in a dire condition. It desperately needs maintenance and redecorating. The walls are really bad. I appreciate it has high volumes of guests due to its proximity to the airport but it really does need some attention.

Great as always!

I’m a frequent visitor to Days inn and it never disappoints. I would love it if the sockets were closer to the beds but that’s a treat. All good as always. Warm welcome, warm room.

Still the car park charge, that may of course be out of your control.

Convenient to the Airport at an unbeatable price

Convenient to Stansted Airport & fantastically close to the Nags Head in Bishops Stortford where we had a fabulous meal. Drinks are offered in the hotel at reception as well as a few nibbles. Parking is secure & close to the hotel. Gets charged with £5.- which I think is a fair price.

The double room booked had only towels for 1 person which is a minor hiccup. Heating in the winter needs to be turned on, the room was very cold & took ages to heat up. Isolated windows which don't let the cold air in help as well.

Close to airport but could do better

Near to service station and big car park

Having to pay for parking. First room the window didn't close and was packed with tissues, so they moved me. The second room the receptionist showed me to smelt so he tried another room. The third room was ok. Rooms under flight path and don't have very good double glazing, so noisy.

It was alright

The room was clean. Location was alright, a bit far from the central london. Per night parking was cheaper than the rest (5£).

1. The bed was very small. 2. There was no fridge in the room or a microwave. 3. They never provided any water, I had to buy them. 4. There were only basic toiletries, I was expecting to have lotion, toothpaste etc.

Great stop gap for Stansted

Perfectly positioned for Stansted Airport Staff were friendly and polite Beds super comfy

Bathroom was not clean at at all. I am a cleaner myself and would never leave a room that way

Tv worked and connected to my stick straight away bed was comfy

Toilet was stained yellow from peoples urine stains on walls fan that was given was wonky and leaning over got given a used toilet roll with stain on it needs a revamping and needs to be modernised also didn’t get a warning that parking was £5 a night and was not made clear lucky I had spare money for this staff when ringing seemed like what I asked was to much and had a attitude also got sent a email with incorrect address on which was 10 mins away from location of hotel

Meh. OK for a one-nighter

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

No lift, not a fan of that, but I could deal with it. More than that, though, the sink was plugged and there was absolutely no way to unplug it.

Not budget price below budget standard

Location

Noise from upstairs room. It was the building design, not occupants. Very noisy even when they were just walking around their room. The Shower wash/gel was empty, and I had to request a refill. Coffee cups and spoons were dirty and used. Staff were apologetic, but simple things put you off the cleanliness of the whole building. There is also a charge to park your car.

A good hotel for stansted

Close to Stansted and the beds were comfortable and the room big enough for us and 2 children. Very easy to check-in in advance.

It's a shame that the room rite includes breakfast and isn't available to takeaway. We had an early flight which meant we couldn't get breakfast. There were a few general maintenance issues such as the sink plug was stuck and the wires of the electric radiator were all frayed.
