The location near Stansted airport, staff very friendly
There was a big stain on one side of the bedsheet, the room was a bit too warm, kept windows open but there was a club with loud music somewhere in the area

Staff were incredibly helpful. The frequent bus service to Stanstead worked really well and is a lot cheaper than an Uber!
The rooms are basic, as is to be expected.

Convenient to Stansted Airport & fantastically close to the Nags Head in Bishops Stortford where we had a fabulous meal. Drinks are offered in the hotel at reception as well as a few nibbles. Parking is secure & close to the hotel. Gets charged with £5.- which I think is a fair price.
The double room booked had only towels for 1 person which is a minor hiccup. Heating in the winter needs to be turned on, the room was very cold & took ages to heat up. Isolated windows which don't let the cold air in help as well.
