Glad it was just one night.

The windows opened.

Extremely basic. The cleaner barged into the room 10 minutes before checking out time. No knock first.

asked to pay cash for parking on arrival without any warning . Receptionist had no change . not a great room people standing talking outside of room all night . 4 people staying only 3cups . location was the only thing going for it

Worst place ever. Unhygienic. Dirty. Unsafe. Needs to close immediately.

Nothing, there is absolutely nothing to like about this horrible place.

Where do I start, dirty sticky floors throughout, shabby decoration, dirty bedding, no towels supplied, had to ask at reception and was given 3 damp ones(yuk). Many bugs in the rooms, mattress covered in dead moths for some reason. Smelly and very hot rooms. Half-used mini shampoo bottles left for us on bathroom sink. Coffee mugs yes, but no teaspoon. I could go on an on, disgusting place that should have its licence revoked. Paid for two nights and left after one, for our own health and safety. How do we get our money back? Ps, where is the advertised bar/restaurant? There isn't one, blatant disregard for the Trades Description laws, a deliberate deception.

Location to Stansted.

We left at 4am to sleep in the car as did not get any sleep due to noise, people outside our room smoking, banging, shouting and generally sounded like loads of men and I did not feel comfortable. Hotel bed sheets dirty and generally unclean and unkept.

Was comfortable stay

You get what you pay for really. Had hot water and was warm at night. We were only there for couple hours to sleep before going to the airport so it’s cheap and cheerful really.

Could do with a paint job and window needed replacing as it didn’t fully shut. Didn’t come with any towels

The moment I stepped into the room, I was hit by a stench so revolting it felt like walking straight into a sewer. The air was thick and nauseating, making it hard to even breathe. The bathroom was no better: no shower curtain, no towels, no shower gel, no shampoo — none of the basic essentials you would expect, let alone from a hotel. The smell alone was utterly unbearable. I didn’t even have the energy to complain or explain; I simply turned around and left, desperate to get out as fast as possible and had to spent more money on another hotel.

Good location, easy check in and check out, tv in room. What we needed for the night.

Nor a lot.

Floorboards in room spaces you could trip up. In the middle of the night I was woken with water dripping from the ceiling onto my bed so had to get up ass water was next to main light. Only way to plug kettle was to put it on the floor

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly.

No towels. When asked for them we were given two still damp. No spoon for the drink facilities. Bathroom had a foul damp smell. Beds very uncomfortable, could feel the springs and there was bits in the sheets. Marks all over the walls. Dirty windows and window sills.

The proximity to the airport.

The ad states it has a bar. It doesn’t. It’s not even near to one. The underfloor heating was ridiculous. Our room was absolutely boiling. The WiFi only worked in the reception area.

Perfect for one night stay

Close to the airport with easy access by bus - 11 minutes journey. I had room number 31 and it was a big room with double bed, comfortable. There was no hairdryer but asked at reception and they got me one. Receptionist also nice and helpful.

There was no curtains and no soap and some spider webs in the bathroom but it didn’t really bother me that much.

The Internet wifi was good.

Room smelt, dirty bathroom with broken shower screen and poor water pressure. No shower mat for floor. Could not lock the door from inside, furniture old and damaged with worn and uncomfortable mattress. There was something encrusted on the outside of the kettle. Felt staff couldn't be bothered. Felt like a social housing HMO and a bad one at that.

Nothing we only stayed few hours as it was so awful and there’s definitely people living there that are on drugs we put a chair and suitcase by the door as didn’t feel safe we were supposed to rest and showe ready to drive home next morning but it was horrific and we left
