Proximity to airport. Staff were excellent and helped on each occasion we spoke to them, would have been a terrible experience without them.
Only one towel which was dirty, no shower gel and some areas needed better cleaning.

Near to Stansted Airport. A convenient stop after a late flight.
For the price paid, everything was as expected, and it's hard to complain about anything. The reception staff could perhaps be friendlier.

Great location for the airport. Easy to park, services for food and bits, also a restaurant and small shop in the hotel.
Staff were great, check in was easy, room was clean.
The air con unit gurgled and bubbled all night, even after it was turned off. Very loud, impossible to sleep. Would have asked to move rooms but only had a few hours unit we had to leave for the airport.
A few burns and stains on the carpet and some cigarette burns in the shower tray - but nothing serious.

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is relatively okay, especially if you have an early morning flight from STN.
However, one very important issue needs to be highlighted. Although the hotel is close to the bus stop, getting to the property on foot is a nightmare. I arrived at the bus stop around 7:30 PM, and it was dark, cold, and raining. There were no signs or directions, and I ended up crossing through the trees behind the bus stop, where it was muddy and slippery. On my third day, I met a couple who, like me, arrived by bus and experienced the exact same issue. It’s surprising that there is no proper pedestrian access to this hotel for guests arriving by bus.
I strongly recommend that first-time guests, especially those arriving at night, take a taxi to this hotel.
To add to that, the elevator door would not close because the door-close button appears to be permanently pressed. Also, be careful when using the water heater/kettle, as it may cause an electrical issue in your room.

Value for money, very helpful staff and very clean. The location for access to Stansted was excellent too.
The internet was not available on the night we stayed.

We has issue with the heating in our room and Judit was so incredibly kind to provide a quick alternative and move us to another room.
The mattresses were the best we’ve ever slept on in a long time.. that was the end of my 5 days trip and I had the best sleep of the whole trip.
We had a very comprehensive breakfast and we quickly reached Stansted airport - 9 minutes drive. It’s also located at walking minutes from few fast food places (kfc, McDonald) and WHSmith for anything you might need.
Absolutely, the best value for money you can find close to London. 👌🏻
I didn’t like that I had to pay for the parking space right outside the hotel.

Close to airport
Room very cold
Heating not working, had to visit reception who couldn't work Heating out and advised there was an oil filled radiator to plug in for use.
Used restaurant in hotel, very disappointed, we were a party of 4 Adults and 2 children, food was delivered to table separately, some had finished when others were still waiting.
It's a shame as we have used hotel on previous occasions and not had this issue.
May look somewhere else next time.

The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. The room was okay. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The price was cheap.
The corridors were dirty and grotty. The taxi in the morning to the airport was expensive. By the time I’d paid it I felt I may as well have stayed in one of the hotels at the airport terminal.

Close to airport. Car park. Comfy beds.
Thin walls so noisy from neighbours in corridor in early am and no signs reminding guests to be quiet.

Location
Very tied rooms with scuff marks on the walls and skirting boards. Walls with paint run marks in them Furnishings were really old . There was an old air conditioner unit that doesnt work , but makes a lot of noise but is not the source of heat which you have no control over . It was so hot at one point i thought i was already in Spain ! Cant open the window as you are virtually in the flighy path of stanstead . Found it almost impossible to sleep with the heat and because it just didnt feel clean , probably because of how tired everything looked , sheets looked a bit off white as well . Then at 2pm there is a big bang and an electrical buzzing in the ceiling that woke us all up that goes on for about 5 minutes . I would have got more sleep if i had stayed at home . The worst ramada i have ever stayed in .

Lift not working so broke suitcase having to take it up an down stairs
Worst bit ceiling light flashed intermittently from 1am till 3am, when we got up, so no sleep for hours, reported to reception on checkout just shrugged her shoulders

Rooms were clean and comfortable. On the whole it was a bit dated but it was obvious renovations were happening (painting) which was good. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again as it’s close to Stansted Airport with buses to Bishop’s Stortford nearby.
There was nothing to dislike

Room smelt like fags,
Trying to sleep as 2 non smokers in a room that stinks od fags is disgusting.
Not only that cleanliness wasn't the best, my partner slept fully clothed.
If it wasn't for the fact we had been travelling all night we would of left. We only managed to stay for 4 hours before having to leave due to how disgusting the smell was

The staff were fantastic, especially the lady who ran up the two flights of stairs to call the lift! 💝
I hadn't realised it was in the services, but actually, it was ok. It wasnt noisy or anything.
