    We enjoyed our stay only one negative, we had a wet floor near the bathroom which only got worse over the three nights and it was never looked at although reported first day.

    Generally, the staff were helpful and polite. We have to say that the room cleaning staff are excellent and work as hard as can and more to present the rooms. Unfortunately, our bathroom smelled of stale urine despite the best efforts and the carpet had definite signs of biological staining and need a deep clean!!!!The reception does look tired and not so clean. We participated in the breakfast at an extra charge but to be honest, it wasn’t good value overall as the quality of the food was questionable. particularly the cooked. Breakfast appeared to be overcooked, and certainly the sausages had been deep fried which resulted in the quality decreasing further. Scrambled eggs were dry and may have been powered egg if not they had certainly been overcooked in the microwave! Final comment is that up the staff uniforms really do need to be renewed and certainly the presentation should be clean and not tired and stained.
