L’emplacement juste à côté de la gare et du tram. Les équipements de la maison répondent aux besoins que nous avions. La disponibilité de l’hôte pour les questions posées, et la possibilité de laisser les affaires en bas pour la dernière journée (après avoir rendu les clés)

The apartment is very well located near the train station with good streetcar connections. Many bedrooms (4) with very many sleeping places (16). High-quality kitchen with induction hob, oven, and dishwasher, and very good crockery. Two high-quality bathrooms with toilet and shower. Unimplied booking via bookin.com and very good contact with the local apartment manager via email. In case of queries were answered quickly.

The main door is locked with a key code, there are 4 apartments in the hallway (only one apartment was renovated, but there was no construction noise from the other apartments) and there are four key safes in an open side room. The safes all have the same code, only one contains keys that match the rented apartment. So there is only one key, and the safe does not inspire confidence. The bedding and towels are very clean. The blankets and pillows are fine, unfortunately, the mattresses are very stained. Many people have had a good time with them. But this is a stupid problem for the landlords. After all, you can not constantly buy new mattresses. The apartment is on the 1st and second floor, which is pleasant because no pedestrians can look/climb into the rooms. On the other hand, the apartment is not handicapped accessible because the two stairs are super steep and unpleasant to climb. There are only 4 seats at a bar table and three on the sofa. With too many guests, breakfast has to be served in two shifts. But: Overall all good and especially a very good price/performance ratio.

We booked this property primarily for its close proximity to the Gare St Jean train station. It was large, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The second reason we booked this property was for its washing machine. It did not work. The start button was broken. There was no laundry soap pod available. Two emails and two phone calls were left unanswered by the rental agency. Two weeks later we have yet to hear from anyone. Apartment entry instructions were incomplete. We would not have been able to get into the apartment itself without a neighbor helping us. The apartment "guidebook" with instructions did not provide information regarding where to empty the trash. It also needs to be updated to proper English. The kitchen was fully equipped but should also include simple condiment supplies. There were no kitchen towels. There were no hand towels or face towels in the bathrooms. There was one bath towel per person only. There was no rubbish bin on the upper floor. The bed linens smelled of mildew. A simple startup kit of basic coffee pods, water, laundry pod would have been nice.
