À 3mn de la gare de Bordeaux Saint. Jean , dans une rue calme , appartement bien agencé et bien équipé . Excellente communication du propriétaire . Une adresse que je retiendrai pour un autre séjour dans la capitale girondine .

Logement spacieux.
Appartement au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Réveillé par le voisin du dessus en plein rangement semble-t-il à 2h du matin!!! Vieil immeuble avec parquet. Endormi à 3h grâce à des boules quies! Appartement défraîchi, nécessite de refaire les peintures (surtout dans les toilettes) et refaire la SDB: l’eau coule difficilement dans la douche, la paroi est ancienne. Papier toilette de mauvaise qualité. Machine à café Nespresso sans 1 capsule à disposition. Tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation. Je ne recommande pas.
