The bed too low. No air con,needs extra fan with longer power cable. Extra power sockets required.

The location couldn’t have been better. So close to trains and trams and supermarkets. The handover of keys was a little stressful.l was asked to ring when we were on the tram and the person answering the phone didn’t seem to be expecting my call, didn’t recognise my name, and spoke no English. Eventually, l got someone who, with my minial French and their few words of English was able to understand they would see us there. It was very late at night as our flight was very delayed, so that considered they were there and all was fine. The flat was lovely.

Definitely the bed. It was awful and the wooden runners under the mattress fell out, plunging us to the floor 2 out of 3 nights. Not good. Seriously needs replacing. There were no instructions for anything. Managed with the hob and washing machine. However the oven was difficult as the timer seemed to be stopping it working. Very difficult to get it to work without instructions. Had to cook another way that was annoying. The t.v we couldn’t get to work without instructions. It needed a pass code! The heating was on but we couldn’t turn it off or down when we were too hot! I think we managed by the last night by keep playing with the controls. There wasn’t a lot of equipment for self catering. Especially as we couldn’t get the oven to work.

Close to the train station.

The bed was too low. No instructions how to turn on the kitchen The owner offered to meet us at the train station but she never went, so we walked to the house that was close to the station
