L'emplacement de l'appartement et le fait d'avoir, eu une place pour garer ma voiture dans la rue des Vignes.

La proximité du centre
Le bruit de la rue passante, mais surtout le manque de finition et d’entretien du logement. Volets roulants cassés. trou dans le mur. Les casseroles inutilisables. accès à la terrasse dangereux.
