Bien situé, bien agencé, propre et décoré avec goût, bonne lierie. on s est tout de suite senti dans un petit cocon. Merci pour les échanges, les consignes, et la réactivité. On a apprécié.
Les voisins au dessus ont été bruyants. C est dommage.

Très jolie et chaleureux ! Bien placé. Et la propriétaire est réactive.
Très mal isolé (on entend les locataires du dessus comme s’ils étaient chez nous lorsque nous sommes dans la chambre). La douche n’ai pas faite pour gens de plus d’1m80.
