I think the shower could drain better, there is some noise at night as the isolation is not strong enough. for the people entering the building (maybe just a sign to be quiet in the stairs could help)

The location was just great. The property was very comfortable for the group of 8.

Smell in the bathroom

The location is fabulous being walking distance to the walking street, clock, restaurants, supermarkets, and trams to take you everywhere else. The accommodation is old and very very tired and needs a refresh. The kitchenette is ok, but everything else needs a bit of work. The bathroom is ok but the shower has multiple settings, but only one works and is a bit odd to work out how to turn it on. Once you’ve got it, it seems obvious 😳 If you are there mid season ie end summer early autumn, you need a top sheet on the bed. We were either too hot under the duvet, or too cool without! However, apartment had everything needed so if you are not too fussy or deterred by lots of stairs, this could be a slightly more budget friendly option for Bordeaux. It was still too expensive by Australian standards for the quality.
