Emplacement exceptionnel dans l'hypercentre de bordeaux et facile d'accès; proche de tout ; appartement d'ambiance tres rustique ,propre et bien agencé;cuisine bien équipée;convient à couples adultes
C'est un T2 pas un T3 et le canapé lit est hors service ; literie disponible pour 4 personnes uniquement. disjoncteur électrique mal réglé et qui saute tout le temps donc difficile de garder l'appartement bien chauffé. Le rapport qualité prix est donc défavorable en hiver.
