Coeur de Saint Pierre

The most perfect central location in the Old Town of Bordeaux, multiple restaurants at the door stop, excellent coffee shops 80m away, the location felt safe and full of Bordeaux charm. We were sad to leave this apartment. I originally booked this apartment as it was near the Le mirror d'eau and had explored this area on my previous visit facing in love with the area. As 2 visitors to the area that only speak English ( / very minimal holiday French), we found it so easy to get around and the locals so accomodating of us. Communication from Marina was exception and so helpful. The exceptional high ceilings, and loft style bedrooms had real nostalgic charm - we also appreciated the extra pillows, and as the summer heatwave started to hit during our stay we found the fans sufficient in keeping the apartment an adequate temperature for sleep. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Bordeaux. 100% recommend.

Me encantó la ubicación. Estaba en el centro de la ciudad; ideal para pasear por el centro sin necesidad de coger transporte público. El apartamento es bonito y céntrico. Estaba bastante limpio. Nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la partida. Fueron muy amables. Su ubicación es excelente; como decimos los catalanes : "estava al rovell de l'ou".

Llovía y entraba agua por una claraboya que hay en el comedor. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor. La calle para acceder es un callejón sin salida donde encontramos una rata... casualidades! Para acceder a las dos habitaciones hay que subir a otro piso por unas escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas. Es un apartamento auténtico y muy bien decorado, pero algo incómodo si viajas con niños pequeños. Y el lavabo es minúsuculo, aunque cumple sus funciones.

La ubicación.

Tenía 3 alturas, el aseo estaba abajo, había que bajar por unas escaleras empinadas y pasando por la otra habitación, la luz se encendía abajo.la habitación de arriba no tenía ventana,con lo cual hacía mucho más calor.No había ninguan armario, la ropa dentro de la maleta.En el salón, había telarañas y un tragaluz ,que nos entró agua, porque llovió. También vimos mucho suciedad.
