Information for access was good. The apartment had everything we needed, comfy bed, easy walk to city centre, close to tram stop and Porte de Bourgogne / River front, spacious accommodation. Good WiFi / internet
1: On the first opening of the exterior front door, the hallway was not a good sight - quite run down
2: We received a visit from people working in the restaurant below informing us that water, from the shower was dripping through their ceiling.
3: The rat trap in the corner of the entrance landing is also not a welcome sight.
4: Whilst the strength of the WiFi was good, there was no tv signal due to (message on tv screen) non payment of TV package.
5: Curtains hanging off rails, sliding wardrobe doors wouldn't open.

Cozy and half way the train station and old city centre. Nice restaurants just around the corner. It was very hot outside but the inside was chill and we slept very well.

Good sized apartment.
Staircase is very steep and narrow - entrance is very dark and not in good condition.
