The apartment itself was excellent once you entered the unassuming entryway and navigated the steps and more steps. We were in open sky on the top floor - Modern and spacious and quiet and extremely clean. The block that the apartment is on is pedestrian and blocked off (a government property across the street?) so you need to park first (underground lot, Republic?) then bump your luggage 2blocks. It is in a decent location a block or 2 from the cathedral with many trams. There are good directions to access the property and owners promptly answer any questions. The washer/dryer is push number1 and 4 hours later your laundry is washed and dried but bring your own laundry detergent. Air conditioning is superb.

We started at Geometry which is fortunately on the first floor as there isn't a lift. The apartment was quiet, spacious and in a perfect location
Floors and surfaces were not very clean. There were no luggage racks or anywhere to put our suitcases. Whilst having the washing machine was great there was no drying rack for the clothes.

Location right in Bordeaux center. Nice airy appartment with well equipped kitchen.
It is in third floor of building with 3 flights of 20 steps each to get to it. One of us has trouble walking.
There is a lot of mold in the showers. The drain in one of the bathroom is broken
