Bedroom 2: Double bed on a loft, storage, sofa, and office area

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, etc.)
Guest access
Covered parking included. You can park your car there and take advantage of the tram (Line B: Quais, Wine Museum) and four bus lines (#1—direct to the train station and airport, #11, #15, #20)—stops located less than two minutes from the apartment
Additional notes
Mobility lease for a term of 1 to 10 months, reserved for eligible individuals. A standard lease agreement will be drawn up before moving in.
Contact the host for rentals longer than two months to receive a 20% discount on the base rent (1,300/m); temporary rental liability insurance and a free Visale security deposit will then be required. A monthly advance payment of 80 euros will also be collected for electricity and water, to be adjusted based on meter readings upon move-in and move-out.
