The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a large sink while the toilet is separate.
Your arrival is made easier thanks to a personalized welcome carried out by our concierge.

To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The price for parking are 15€ for half a day.

On the 3th floor of a building, the apartment has been renovated and made with charm.
You will find a well-equipped kitchen then a large living-room living room with a sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. There is a bunk bed in the corridor.
Toilets are not separated and there is a shower in the bathroom.
The Check in time is from 4.00 pm till 8.30 pm its possible on request to arrival later with an extra fee of 10 euros per hour waiting from 8.30 pm

Great location and nice view. Bedroom doesn't face the street, so you don't hear any noise at night. Kitchen equipped with spices and coffee.
Check in was confusing. We were put in touch with Sandra who needed to know when we would be arriving so she could greet us. I told her between 4:30pm-5pm. Unfortunately, due to a delay, we didn't get to the apartment (and get a data connection to respond to her) by 5:07pm. Even though it was just a few minutes late, she said that because we were late, we would have to wait till 8pm to check in with her. When we finally checked in, check in was rushed and only in French. As French isn't our first language, it was hard to understand.
At midnight on our first night, the breaker switch started making a loud noise and woke us up. Although I fixed it, I messaged Sandra to let her know of the issue. She responded in the morning and told me not to message her that late again. The next day, the breaker switch went off again at midnight.
Despite the inconveniences, it was still a nice stay as it was in a great area. Just be aware that the unit is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator.

Appartement confortable situé en plein centre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Idéale pour pour visiter Bordeaux à pied.
Petit bémol pour payer la caution par empreinte bancaire, l’agence fait payer des frais de service supplémentaires.

Quand nous arrivons dans l’appartement, tout semble très bien, cependant nous avons vite compris qu’il y avait du cache misère.
Les joints de la douche sont moisis, associés à une forte odeur de renfermé. De plus, le canapé lit est totalement déchiré et le « cuir » se décompose.
Sinon bon emplacement !
