Discover this cozy, charming, and fully renovated apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful, traditional Bordeaux-style building right in the heart of Bordeaux, across from Saint-Jean Station. Tastefully decorated and ideally located, it offers an excellent base in a lively and bustling neighborhood that remains quiet.

You’ll be staying opposite Gare Saint-Jean, in a lively and bustling neighbourhood with all the main attractions nearby. Tram line C runs 100 metres from the flat and serves all the city’s key locations.
From Mérignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk.
Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking. The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
Please ensure you respect the peace and quiet of other residents and keep the premises clean, as if it were your own home.

Bon contact dans l'ensemble avec le concierge , à contacter via WhatsApp.
Très bon emplacement niveau mobilité. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Seul bémol : les emplacements parkings compliqués ...
Et le canapé lit pas confortable mais sinon très bien dans l'ensemble
