About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment, renovated, with charm, located 3 minutes from the Gare Saint Jean in a private building, very quiet, on the 2nd floor. Tastefully decorated and furnished, modern and functional. It is composed of a very bright living room with balcony, a bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels provided.PGJyPg
Mobility or long-term rental for 2 people maximum.
The rental period is 1 month minimum - mobility lease - reserved for travellers in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, commitment as part of a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment as part of one's professional activity.
CHARGES INCLUDED in the rental rate: water, local charges, building maintenance charges, condominium charges, internet and TV. Our staff will visit once a month to change the white linen (bed linen and towels). Departure cleaning costs are mentioned at the time of booking.
CHARGES NOT INCLUDED:
Electricity - a flat rate of €50/month is included in the rental rate. For any exceedance, provide for a monthly rebilling based on actual consumption. For rentals of 1 year or more, the electricity subscription will be modified in the name of the customer.
During the rental period, the cleaning service is available on request, at an additional cost: 12€/h. The bill must be paid on site each time our team intervenes.
CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT:
The reservation will be confirmed subject to a complete rental file. Proof of income:
- Valid identity document
- Proof of travel/work/study (see mobility lease conditions)
- Proof of income.
On the day of your arrival, we will sign a rental contract together and you will be asked for a deposit:
- for 1 or 2 people an amount of 500€.
Don't worry, this deposit will be returned to you in full after checking the inventory of fixtures at the end of the trip.
A deposit of guarantee required for rentals of more than 10 months.
To park, we offer you the rental of a secure parking space 5/10min walk, otherwise paid parking on the street is possible.
