A bit small for four.

It's a pretty large flat. There's cutlery, plates, a kettle, a microwave and a fridge which was great. The kettle makes a screeching noise when turned on but it works. The location was convenient - about 30 mins walk to the bell tower and also buses, taxis and trains just outside. It was quite clean, I'm glad to say there were no bedbugs or anything like that.

There's no AC or any active cooling. Only a standing fan. It was over 30C outside during the day so we had to leave those tall windows open 24/7 to cool down and the noise outside just never stopped so it was hard to get enough sleep. I imagine this place is a lot better in cooler weather though when you can keep the windows closed, we just got unlucky. A strong smell of sewage from the drains in the shower was driving me insane after a couple of days. I wish I had Neutradol or something like that with me. You get logged off from their WiFi about every 10 minutes which is annoying, it just doesn't stay on. We bought a local sim card to have stable WiFi.

Sofa bed was not comfortable for our daughter alone so would not suit a couple
