Comfortable stay in a historic home

Wonderful historic location overlooking rooftops and spires of Annecy. Clean and spacious. Ancient and characterful while warm with great facilities. Clear and timely communication from our host. Clean linen and a lovely hot shower.

Traditional, quaint and comfortable apartment in historical area

Located in the historical area but very quiet at night. Comfortable, rustic and traditional we enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment has separate toilet and bathroom which worked well for four adults sharing. We cooked a few nights and kitchen is well equipped. Car access to Chateau square to drop bags off was straight forward and easier than we anticipated. Note that a curtain separates one bedroom from lounge but that was not a problem as second bedroom is through a separate hallway. Lots of steps to reach the area from the town. Host is very accommodating.

Great, central but quiet, location. Charming property, good views, helpful host.

Lovely location, in an elevated position. Very close to the town and market area but also surprisingly quiet. Older property with some charm. There was nothing that we needed in the kitchen that wasn't available. Good to have a proper dining table and a small table outside. Nice views from the windows and balcony. Friendly host introduced herself and said there was no rush to check out quickly. Would stay again.

Shower is older, but that didn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay and it to be expected in a property of this age.

Great location for families to explore Annecy!

Wonderful location, perfectly walkable for exploring downtown Annecy and the right size for our family of 5. Public parking is close by, making it easy to take day trips to surrounding areas. The host lives right across the street and is easy to contact if you need anything.

Fabulous location and beautiful apartment.

Beautiful building in a superb location. It was very quiet but only a minute walk from the ancient town. We would definitely book again.

location amazing. views from windows awesome, so close to the town, enough space and beds. felt very authentic

no air con but as the accomodation was so cheap this makes sense. fans would have been good as it was 36 degrees when we went

Martina and Denis were very helpful and very keen to share their local knowledge & recommendations.

We were met at the station and assisted up to our accommodation, and along the way we were given recommendations for easiest streets to walk as we were travelling with a child in a wheelchair. Super helpful and super friendly!

I'm not sure why people call their properties a "bed and breakfast" if breakfast isn't actually included.

Quaint apartment, rustic and old fashioned, well equipped, friendly host.

Host was helpful, excellent location, the apartment had everything needed. Parking near by, shops and old town at the bottom of the hill. A lovely stay in a lovely place.

The bath overflow was corroded. Not enough power sockets / extensions. Small kitchen working area.

L’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et est à deux minutes à pied du centre ville. Il est très bien équipé et propre, il y a tout à portée de main. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
